Hayes Girling Financial December Newsletter

Welcome to our final newsletter of 2019. We’ve had a wonderful year, experienced some great results and welcomed some fantastic new members to the team. Here's a snapshot of the last 12 months. 

New Staff Members 

We recently had the pleasure of  welcoming several new staff members. Chris (left) joined the Accounting team as a Graduate Accountant. Maggie (middle) joined the Financial Planning team as a Client Support Officer and Pooja (right) joined the Accounting team as an Accountant. They're settling nicely and look forward to meeting you all.

Donations

We've had another successful year donating to some wonderful charities, these included Fight MND and Movember. The men in our office kindly donated their faces to raise awareness and funds for men's health. 

We were also fortunate enough to present some generous cheques on behalf of the Count Charitable Foundation to some very deserving charities, Peter MarcCallum Cancer Foundation, Foothills Foundation and Safe Futures Foundation. 

Count Conference 

Some of the team were lucky enough to attend the Count Conference, held in Wellington, New Zealand. We are so proud and humbled to have taken home the 2019 Excellence in Client Engagement Award. It's a true testament to the hard work and dedication our team puts in to ensure we deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Seminars 

Brought back by popular demand were the Financial Planning Retire Fit & Financially Healthy series. We successfully ran the four part series over several months, and received great feedback from attendees. This series will be returning in a new format in February 2020 for anyone who missed out. 

We also had the pleasure of presenting a 'Financial Wellness' session to some of the team at Live Nation Australia & New Zealand. It was a fantastic session with excellent feedback.

Christmas Trading Hours 

Hayes Girling Financial will be closing on Friday the 20th of December for a well-earned break and reopening our doors on Monday the 6th of January 2019. On behalf of the team, we would like to thank you all for the incredible year we’ve had and wish you and your families a Safe and Happy Festive Season!!
