As you are no doubt aware, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) as of 11 March has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organisation and many
countries around the world are starting to close their borders.
Further, with the cancellation of major events in Melbourne, and the growing level of fear and uncertainty within our community, we thought it was important to update you on what Hayes Girling is doing in order to protect our team and clients.
Until further notice, we ask that anyone who is symptomatic or has been in direct contact with COVID-19, refrain from entering the HGF office. Where possible, we will be conducting remote meetings to minimise any risk. If you have a meeting booked with any of the HGF team members we will be in contact directly with you to discuss your options as to how this meeting can proceed.
We are undertaking steps to ensure the safety of our team, families and clients, therefore some staff members will be working from home on a
rotation basis.
Our cloud systems mean you can always contact us if you need us.
While we don’t know if we’ll be working from our office or working from our homes in coming weeks, we have invested heavily in the latest
technology over the past years, and this means we can keep assisting you no matter what may happen.
All members of our team are able to work remotely and have access to all the technology systems and tools they use daily to assist their
clients. The only difference is that you may receive some calls from our team as a ‘Private Number’ but if you do not pick up these calls
you can contact our office directly and be connected as per usual with any members of our team.
