Barry Hayes

Starting his own accounting practice in 1981, Barry has owned and operated his own firm through several partners and name changes until he merged the business in 2008 and commenced Hayes Girling Financial. 

In 2015, the firm was awarded Counts Member Firm of the year and in 2016 Barry was recognised by his peers with the 'Pinnacle' award for an outstanding long term contribution to the Count community.  
Barry is passionate about the pursuit and adoption of innovation, always searching for more efficient and automated processes to enhance client engagement. In 2018 Barry ceased working full time at Hayes Girling and now consults to ensure his long term clients still receive the same quality service they have come to expect from Hayes Girling.
